| What are the details of TB? Is lvl 30 the minimum lvl? Are there seperate battles for different lvl players, or all players tossed into one battle? | |

| Right now we are working to get Killem to lvl60 before we start town battles. If a GM is killed the other team gets a lot of points. So we need him to be as strong as possible and to protect him during Town Battle events.
We have enough members on at any one time to put together up to 4 parties to go into TB. I think we should encourage our guildies to start thinking of what parties they could form with other members to be really effective.
I know several people have their doubts about how effective our alllie "TheGreat" will be in TB. All I ask is to keep an open mind and we'll see how it works out.

| i belive that in a Tb party there should be 1.defender 2.priest/templar 3.wizzard 3.dhan
4. as u may see in the video it is possible to just make a scout/ranger party but a good party should be 2scout/1dhan/2healers/1defender of course we all have different ideas please add them here for when we form our partys, i been in Tb before and i seen people just going all over the place, and when we make the partys look at ur party chat and guild chart, they will be different people in each party with are the leaders of the party they will tell you what to do : D add anything else you think is needed thank you

| From what I've seen in TB and in the game in general it should not be hard to put together really effective groups. The key is communication and getting classes that complement each other into a party. For instance:
Priest - Obligation and Mana Shield (eventually mana shield will be fixed) Templar - Mental Barrier, and buffs Defender - Blunt Master, Empower, Protection Guardian - Crit Aura and Protection Wizard or Warlock - Int or Psy Shield
Now I know I have listed mainly defensive skills but if you look all the above defensive skills stack with each other. Now you couple that with coordinated stuns and directing several people to the same target and you have pwnage.
Each party will need a leader that can speak on some form of Voice Over IP software that the entire party can listen in or talk on. Also each group will need to have a lead person on the "Pain Train". Everyone besides the Priest will target and attack whatever that leader attacks unless they are given other jobs by the leader. Here is a quick Scenario
Warlock or Wizard puts the enemy priest to sleep Leader calls out the primary target a templar (as an example) The Warloock or Wizard removes the shield from that player and begins to debuff that player All other players attack the templar and take it down while it can't get healed.
At this pointt he party can split up and attack the group individually because its weak or take out the members one at a time. It all depends on what the leaders decide will work best. But this is only possible through practice and coordination and good communication.
Having done this in other games I know it sounds difficult but its not that hard with practice and a DAMN lot of fun. I have seen a well coordinated group of 8 take out 32 players in various small groups before they were taken out.
Anyway thats my two cents worth. Needless to say practicing in Coliseum will help immensely with this.
Thanks, | |

| I agree with Snow. From all of the mmo games I have played most people in pvp aren't very coordinated and either run around alone, or even in a group they just gang up and dont really have a battle plan. As an example...
I was playing my mage on world of warcraft back in the day, and during a pvp fight I saw a group of about 5 horde coming my way. I told the melee classes around me to go and distract the enemy so I could use my aoe abilities and wipe the enemy party fairly quickly. The melee classes ran at them and started attacking, out of panic the enemy team did not notice me sitting behind and casting a spell called living bomb which ticks for damage, and at the end of its spell time it causes aoe damage to every enemy around. so while they were all ticking and taking damage i set down an aoe that also does dot damage while it is on the ground. after the living bomb went off they were all so damaged that the whole team fell and we lost none of our people. we did this several times before the enemies wised up and started coming for me first. naturally we countered that since i figured they would do something like that eventually. but that was an example. and yes it is a factual encounter that happened.
