ORANGE option item is for armors / Shields only.
BLUE option item is for weapons.
GREEN option item is Improved / adorned, these can not be obtained in-game. (You buy it via IM). This option item is used in armors / weapons / shield. Please check the name more carefully.
YELLOW option item is for weapons.
Note: GREEN option item is mixed, meaning you do not have a clue if this place san. So should I Familiarize you the options.
The following are for armors / Shield: ORANGE color.
Protection of Gail - 20% chance to recover 30 ~ 50 HP when damage is received if forging succeeds.
Grace of Gail - 20% chance to recover 30 ~ 50 MP when damage is received if forging succeeds.
Protection of Flox - Decrease the chance of getting stunned by 3 ~ 5% if forging succeeds.
Grace of Flox - Decrease the critical you receive by 50 ~ 80 If forging succeeds.
Protection of Roha - Reflect the damage you receive by 25 ~ 35 If forging succeeds.
Grace of Roha - Descrease the minimum damage you receive by 5 ~ 10% if forging succeeds.
Protection of Marea - Increase your maximum Health by 200 ~ 400 if forging succeeds.
Grace of the Marea - Increase your maximum Mana by 200 ~ 400 if forging succeeds.
The following are for Weapons: Blue color.
Lamp of Flox - Increase the chance of blocking physical attacks by 2 ~ 4% if forging succeeds.
Spellbook of Flox - Reflect the damage you receive by 2 ~ 4% if forging succeeds.
Wings of Silva - Increase the Elemental Attack by 10 ~ 20% if forging succeeds.
Flute of Silva - Elevate the recovery rate from Heal Magic by 5 ~ 10% if forging succeeds.
Circlet of Silva - 10 ~ 20% chance to use bows without arrows if forging succeeds.
Incense Burner of Marea - Decrease the damage you receive by 5 ~ 10% if forging succeeds.
Water Bottle of Marea - Increase the Critical Attack rate by 1 ~ 2% if forging succeeds.
Flute of Gail - Make your enemy's futile attack by 2 ~ 4% if forging succeeds.
Pendant of Gail - Drop Mana usage by 10 ~ 20% if forging succeeds.
Of Crystal Gail - Increase Potion's Effects by 10 ~ 20% if forging succeeds.
Spear of Roha - Increase Weapon's Damage by 4 ~ 7% if forging succeeds.
Flag of the Roha - Increase Armor's Defense by 4 ~ 7% if forging succeeds.

Adorned Grace of Gail - If forging succeeds, you will have a 20% chance to recover MP 39 ~ 61 when damage is received.
Adorned Grace of Flox - If forging succeeds, this item will decrease critical damage you receive by 55 ~ 97.
Adorned Protection of Flox - If forging succeeds, this item will decrease the chances of you getting stunned by 4 ~ 7%.
Adorned Grace of Marea - If forging succeeds, this item will increase your Mana by 220 ~ 490.
Adorned Protection of Gail - If forging succeeds, you will have a 20% chance to recover 39 ~ 62 HP when damage is received.
Adorned Protection of Roha - If forging succeeds, this item will return 28 ~ 44 of damage received back to your opponent.
Adorned Grace of Roha - If forging succeeds, this item will reduce the minimum damage you receive by 6 to 13%.
Adorned Protection of Marea - If forging succeeds, this item will increase your Health by 220 ~ 490.
Adorned Spellbook of Flox - If forging succeeds this item will deflect the damage you receive by 3-6%.
Adorned Lamp of Flox - If forging succeeds this item will increase the chances of blocking physical attacks by 3-6%.
Adorned Flute of Silva - If forging succeeds this item will elevate the recovery rate from heal magic by 6-13%.
Circlet of adorned Silva - If forging succeeds while using the bow, arrow item will allow less attacks by 11-24%.
Adorned Flute of Gail - If forging succeeds this item will make your enemy's futile attack by 3-6%.
Adorned Pendant of Gail - If forging succeeds this item will drop your mana usage by 11-25%.
Adorned of Crystal Gail - If forging succeeds this item will increase your potion's effects by 11-25%.
Adorned Wings of Silva - If forging succeeds this item will increase your Elemental Attack Damage by 11-25%.

Improved Leaf of OHN - If forging succeeds, this item will increase your Attack Speed by 4 ~ 9%.
Improved Water Bottle of Marea - If forging succeeds, this item Critical Attack will increase rates by 1 ~ 3%.
Improved Ring of Edoneh - If forging succeeds, this item will convert 1 ~ 3% of your damage into HP.
NOTE: In Rare forging weapons, you have 1 slot for option items, while in forging a Unique, it becomes 2 slots for options and then in Ancient it is already an accessory. (again, the option item's color is blue) <--- clarified.
In forging armors, you can only put an option item in your armor if and only if you Enchance it. (only one option item is needed, the ORANGE one.) For the Shields it is the same with armors. You can only put an option if Enchance to kana. <- Clarified.
